Personal-use license (included)

Every $29.99 Express Song purchase includes a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the song for personal purposes. That covers:

• Playing it at birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, memorials, and family events
• Sharing the audio file privately with friends and family
• Posting on personal social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), non-monetized
• Including in personal slideshows or home videos

Commercial license (separate purchase)

If you want to use a Express Song song in any of the following, contact us for a commercial license:

• Branded video, advertising, or social content
• Paid live performances
• Streaming distribution (Spotify, Apple Music)
• Resale or sub-licensing
• Film, TV, or game sync

Originality & takedowns

We generate songs from scratch and do not sample copyrighted recordings. If you believe a Express Song output infringes your rights, email legal@expressong.com with the song URL and a description of the alleged infringement.
