What we collect

We collect the story and details you submit to create your song, along with the lyrics and audio we generate from it. We also store the delivery email you provide so we can send the finished song. Stripe handles payment; we receive only a transaction ID and billing country. Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, request path) are kept for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

To generate your song, deliver it, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We don't sell personal data. We don't train external models on your brief.

Analytics and advertising

We may use privacy-aware analytics, ad pixels, and server-side conversion APIs from platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google to understand whether ads lead to meaningful actions like starting a song, previewing it, beginning checkout, or purchasing. When needed for attribution, we may send event names, event IDs, page URLs, purchase value, IP address, user-agent, and a hashed version of your email address. We do not send your story, lyrics, or generated audio to ad platforms.

Opt-out

You can use your browser or device privacy controls to limit tracking. You can also email support@expressong.com to ask us to delete your project data or exclude your email from server-side ad matching where feasible.

Retention

Briefs, lyrics, and audio are kept for the life of your account (or 24 months from creation for guest projects). You can request deletion any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@expressong.com.

Children

Express Song is not directed at children under 16. Don't submit briefs that include sensitive details about minors.
