1. Welcome

These Terms govern your use of Express Song (the "Service"), an AI-assisted custom song-creation product. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What we provide

Express Song generates original lyrics and music based on a brief you provide. The free preview is delivered before any payment. The full song is delivered after payment via downloadable audio and email.

3. Pricing & payment

The full song is sold for a one-time fee of $29.99 USD (or the price displayed at checkout). Payment is processed by Stripe; Express Song does not store full card details. All sales are final once the full song has been generated and delivered, except as required by applicable law.

4. License

You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide personal-use license to the song you commission. You may share, post, perform, and download the song for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use (advertising, branded content, sale, sync, paid live performance) requires a separate commercial license; contact us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit briefs that defame, harass, infringe, or contain content about minors in inappropriate contexts, sexual content, hate speech, or impersonation of real public figures. We may refuse, edit, or remove generated content at our discretion.

6. AI & originality

Every Express Song song is generated from scratch using AI models. We do not impersonate real artists or reuse copyrighted material. Because AI output can be coincidentally similar to existing works, you remain responsible for ensuring your use of the song does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Privacy

Briefs and lyrics are stored to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Express Song disclaims all warranties and liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
